Thanks! Applied a bit modified version to clear sm->init_phase2 in the
error case. As far as the problem itself is concerned, I do not think it
is restricted to TNC and I actually had to configure EAP-TNC as an
allowed EAP method for the user in hostapd.eap_user in order to be able
to reproduce this with EAP-TNC.
