Unfortunately, deciphering that would be somewhat difficult and very
time consuming.. Would it be possible for you to try to get a backtrace
of this issue by running wpa_supplicant under gdb or valgrind? Or
alternatively, it might be possible to get more useful (symbol names)
information with Apport (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport).

In this type of issues, it would be very helpful if I could find out
which function (or even better, which line in source code) triggered the
issue since it may not be easy for me to try to reproduce the exact same
test setup that you are using (i.e., get the RADIUS authentication
server behaving in the same way).
