How can I set WPS IE in 802.11 management frame with NDIS driver ?

Yes... However, I think the lucky only comes with infrastructure mode. In case of IBSS WPS scenario, STA needs to be activated as WPS registrar which has to encode WPS IE in probe response. So I think we should find another way to solve this problem because there is no available NDIS version supporting a vendor specific OID.
