Hi everyone
I am working on 802.11r, my?initial 802.11r authentication and association is working fine (completed successfully) using the wpa_suppliant-0.6.7 and hostapd-0.6.7. But the 4-way handshake authentication always failed. The AP sends a de-authentication?packet with code 54, before the last message of the 4-way handshake, due to invalid MIC in msg 2/4 of 4-Way Handshake.
Any Idea ??

?My settings are: n my client machine (laptop), I running using wpa_suppliant 0.6.7 on Kernel 2.6.29.rc1-wl (wireless-testing) with NIC AR5008: (AR5416+AR2133(D-Link: DWA-643)). I also applied two patches ?userspace_mlme_allow_bssid_mismathc.pathc 08-Jan-2009, vif_conf.patch 08-Jan-2009 and also patched wpa_supplicant with the nl80211.h (provided by Jouni) in order to get the needed nl80211 command for enabling userspace MLME. But on my access point machine (Desktop PC), I am using hostapd- 0.6.7 on Kernel 2.6.28-wl (wireless-testing) with NIC AR5008: (AR5416+AR2133(D-Link: DWA-556)).Best Regards?
Tabassam
