BSS information does not include WPA IE with wpa_supplicant v0.6.7 onwindows XP

I rewrite this problem. All IEs whose ID value is WLAN_EID_VENDOR_SPECIFIC (0xdd) are not extracted with ndis_get_oid(OID_802_11_BSSID_LIST) even if a probe response in air includes those IEs.
