Big Problems with iwl3945 and wpa_supplicant : solved

The Problem was the Parameter : ap_scan=2
i changed it to ap_scan=1.
And i removed scan_ssid=1 this slow down the connect.
What do the parameter ap_scan and scan_ssid ?
