wpa_supplicant fails to start on windows

Hi,

  I could not get the last versions (0.6.7 and 0.6.8) of wpa_supplicant to run in windows (XP and Vista).
  I'm starting the pre-compiled binary as follows.

  D:\wpa_supplicant-windows-bin-0.6.7>wpa_supplicant.exe -i'{82
  58D3E4-BC96-4CFC-93A2-5A4C7DA47AC0}' -c wpa_supplicant.conf -dd

  Does any one else have the problem or its only me? 
  The last few messages are copied below.

  I'm able to run the 0.5.11 version though.
