Well, I have considered looking into this couple of times, but haven't
yet convinced myself that it would be of that much benefit compared to
possibility of using IEEE 802.11r. Maybe more useful for other
connections than IEEE 802.11, though. Do you have any particular use
case in mind for doing re-authentication at EAP layer?
