WPS with wpa_supplicant dbus control interface

I've attached another patch to make wpsPin return the introduced PIN
if wpa_supplicant hasn't generated a new one (introduced PIN wasn't an
empty string).

Patches tested on Atheros and the methods wpsPbc and wpsReg work.
