wpa_supplicant.6x in windowsXP is connecting disconnecting every 15 secs

Im using Windows XP professional service pack 3 OS language is US-english.

i'm still trying to figure it out i will let list know if i find any solution/reason.
It will be really great if you can point to some more resource to fix this.
