That is not yet supported. You might be able to change the scanning
behavior by using ap_scan=2 mode (i.e., allow the driver to decide which
BSS to use and stop wpa_supplicant from requesting scan results).
However, the driver may end up doing a scan of all channels anyway in
that case, too.
