This can be simulated. wpa_supplicant 0.6.6 added a GSM-Milenage -based
SIM emulator (see notes in the ChangeLog file for instructions on how to
enable and use it). Older versions used hardcoded values to allow more
limited testing with a single set of authentication triplets if
CONFIG_PCSC was not enabled in the build.
