wpa_supplicant | WPA2 TLS reconnect after EAPOL authentication completed successfully

Please do not send HTML-only messages to this mailing list.. Anyway, I
did not see any disconnection or reconnection in the debug log you sent.
As far as wpa_supplicant is concerned, everything looked fine. The extra
scan results are from the driver, so I would assume it ended up starting
a scan after the connection had been established and taken into account
how long time madwifi takes to scan all channels, that could explain
some packet loss.
