Why EAPOL packet are sended but never received.

Hi,everyone!
??????My problem is:
????? EAPOL packet are sended but never received. Switch:Cisco Catalyst 2950 series; PC/os: linux
plus: When I use windows XP to authentication, the switch will? response normally.
