Thanks! Actually i went and inspected the code and you are right.
In the code there is a warning that the part for txpower control is
risky.
Do you know if the current version of hostap driver is sensibly newer
that the one in the kernel and thus there is newer code for
txpower, turned on by default? or the code is just the same, and i can
happily define RAW_TXPOWER_SETTING and recompile the kernel?
