Alternate Security levels for hostapd

Is it possible to have a single wireless card setup with hostapd,
capable of managing different levels of security?

I'd like to be able to have my network accessible in several means,
with differing levels of security allowing different levels of access.

Can I have both WEP and RSN both at the same time (or security on and
security off at the same time)?
