git down?

HI, everyone, Is http://hostap.epitest.fi/gitweb/gitweb.cgi down these days? It looks as "403 Forbidden - No projects found ". When will it be OK again? Another question, how to configure wpa_supplicant 0.6.x (2<x<3) for the WPS push button? 
how to revise this .conf file to make it work in the WPS push button mode?
