EAPOL Test Fails

Did you look at the eapol_test output? Which part of it is not clear
about the error?

OpenSSL: tls_connection_ca_cert - Failed to load root certificates
error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory

The ca_cert option in your configuration file does not point to an
existing file (please note the '.' in the beginning of the path.. it
should probably not be there).
