hostAP and wds with madwifi

Madwifi-ng 0.9.3.0 and hostapd/wpa_supplicant 0.5.8
work fine for me, wds traffic can be bridged.  Later
versions of madwifi most likely will work fine also
since there's not a lot of change on the wpa side in
the driver.

Just need to make sure you specify that br0 is the
bridge to both hostapd("bridge=br0" in the .conf file)
and wpa_supplicant (in command line "-b br0").
