Atheros 5212 - Hostapd Code burning

Dear All,

I am working on a commercial TP Link WLAN card with AR5212 within. The chip comes with a firmware within (includes RADIUS and authenticator etc). I would like to know if we could in anyway burn the hostapd code (available on this website) into the commercial chips like this.

If so what is the procedure for the same. It would be great if you all could take out some time and lend me a hand / advice on this.
