Error while compiling the wpa supplicant

Hi,

 I'm getting this error for compiling the wpa_supplicant.

 ctrl_iface_unix.c: In function awpa_supplicant_ctrl_iface_senda:
 ctrl_iface_unix.c:482: error: array type has incomplete element type
 cc1: warnings being treated as errors
 ctrl_iface_unix.c:482: warning: unused variable aioa
