/proc/net/hostap/wlan0 client associated to AP (Pc Card Master Mode)

I have a Pc Card Compaq WL 100 with chipset Prism 2.5.
I use this PC card in mode MASTER.
I would control my AP ( notebook)  e manage the client associated also from remote PC..

In /proc/net/hostap/wlan0 there is Mac Address of client associated to Access Point. How I can create a interface to query  and know the client associated.
