driver, but anyway..

Would it be possible for you to figure the exact line in hostapd that is
triggering this? The kernel backtrace is indicating that this would be
one of the ioctl() calls and that would point to driver_madwifi.c, but
I'm not sure which ioctl operation is triggering this.
