MLME-MICHAELMICFAILURE problem madwifi<->hostapd

I've tested the updated madwifi driver and now I correctly
see the TKIP countermeasures starting in hostapd when I send 
bad packets.

Just out of curiosity, Jouni, what do you think is incorrect
about the fix?
