This configuration is invalid. What kind of security settings are you
trying to use? scan_ssid=1 is not used in ap_scan=2 mode and ap_scan=2
requires that full security policy is configured explicitly (i.e.,
proto, pairwise, group parameters are set when using WPA/WPA2).
