wpa_supplicant source code package does not contain any OpenSSL code
(apart from the couple of lines of context in the OpenSSL patch for
EAP-FAST).

This statement applies only to the Windows binary package of
wpa_supplicant which is statically linked against OpenSSL and as such,
contains OpenSSL code. The source code for wpa_supplicant, including
Windows version, does not include OpenSSL code; this is only for the
binary.
