Dan, Jouni, all,

I am seeing the BSoD crash screen when unplugging some external cards.

I can say that it seems as though at this occurs when I'm using the
supplicant as a SERVICE, but not so much when I have the supplicant
itself running.

Test 1: run the sup as a SERVICE, run the cli app, connect or scan,
unplug the card, BSoD in many cases.

Test 2: run the supplicant from a BATCH file, run the cli app, connect
or scan, unplug the card, survives.

what could the service be doing to cause this behavior?

any idea to try?
