error structure has no member named 'wireless_data'

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I think the standalone hostap
driver is maintained by Jouni.  We probably can persuade him to release
0.4.10, but we'll need a better fix than an exception for RHEL and
CentOS.

Linux 2.6.10 introduced "wireless_data" in netdev and bumped
WIRELESS_EXT to 17 and IW_HANDLER_VERSION to 6.

If IW_HANDLER_VERSION is still 5 in the patched Linux 2.6.9, maybe it
could be used instead of WIRELESS_EXT?
