There are a few patches applied to the FC5 version of wpa_supplicant,
though I don't think any would affect the issue you're seeing here.
Did you update the FC5 wpa_supplicant package right before it stopped
working, or did connections just randomly start failing?
Did you update the kernel right before the failures started? What
wireless card, driver, and wpa_supplicant driver are you using?
