Well, not moving completely, but making it possible to override defaults
from build_config.h..

Yes, that sounds useful. I added this and made it possible to override
the values from build_config.h. In addition, I renamed the defines to be
more specific to avoid potential conflicts with something else. The
following macros can now be defined in build_config.h, if desired:
WPASVC_NAME, WPASVC_DISPLAY_NAME, WPASVC_DESCRIPTION, WPA_KEY_ROOT,
WPA_KEY_PREFIX.
