Release snapshots are available from
http://hostap.epitest.fi/releases/snapshots/

If you want to get files in the exact same location as they are in CVS
repository, you can download them from ViewCVS interface as a tarball
(bottom of the http://hostap.epitest.fi/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/hostap/).
