DENY_UNLESS_ACCEPTED

Hi,
 
Can anyone confim if the DENY_UNLESS_ACCEPTED functionality works? I am
using hostapd version 0.5.3. I have the following entries in my .conf
file
 
macaddr_acl=1
accept_mac_file=/etc/hostapd.accept
 
the only entry in the .accept file is ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff.
 
I can however still connect wirelessly from my laptop.
