Question about hostapd (authenticator) support for wired (Ethernet) clients

Hello,
 
    Once you posted a link to an extension that permits HostAP to work
in wired env.
    It was pae-0.0.2.tar.gz, the link does not work now. 
    Could you please update it or give me some other location where the
extentsion could be acquired.
