Problem with Hostap and wpa_supplicant :(

added ap_scan=2 this is what I get:
$wpa_supplicant -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf -Dhostap -wdd



(wpa_cli says Status=Associating)
