Please be bit more specific. Why exactly do you want to send a
re-association frame? For testing something? Firmware is generating
(re)association request frames, so you would need to trigger firmware to
re-associate with the AP. Alternatively, you could try to send out the
management frame and hope that the firmware allows it to be transmitted
without modifying some of the fields. This may need the card to be
configured in master or monitor mode, though, so may not be applicable
to your needs.
