GET_NETWORK X wep_key0 is inconsistent

Hi,

i've noticed that the format of the value returned by
GET_NETWORK X wep_key0 is inconsistent.

SET_NETWORK 1 wep_key0 5656565656
GET_NETWORK 1 wep_key0
"VVVVV"

Which is they ascii representation of this 565656565656.

SET_NETWORK 1 wep_key0 9999999999
GET_NETWORK 1 wep_key0
9999999999

Is this a bug or didn't i understand how it is supposed to
work?
