Hi,
since I upgraded to kernel 2.6.14 and the new madwifi-ng drivers I can't
connect to my AP using wpa_supplicant.
I am using Gentoo Linux with madwifi-driver + tools from brix' portage overlay
(version 0.1397.20060115) and wpa_supplicant v0.5.0.
The AP is self-made with hostapd and works well with various WinXP clients, so
this can't be the problem.
Here is the output from wpa_supplicant:
> wpa_supplicant -ddd -i ath0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -D madwifi

When I try to get an IP the DHCP client times out...
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Timo
