[PATCH] [updated] Fix for WEP PSK in driver_wext.c

Hi
The attached patch fixes a problem that wpa_supplicant is unable to
authenticate with an AP using a WEP PSK using the wext driver.
The fix copies the parallel code from the madwifi driver.

This patch is against todays CVS snapshot.
