Txpower calibration

Hi,
I am calibrating Netgate minipci card with hostap driver and would like to
ask that how CR31(txpower control register) & CR58(txpower measurement
register) are related to each other.
I know that CR31 register can be accessed on low level also by issuing
iwpriv wlan0 readmif 62 command.
Do such a command exists for accessing CR58 register also?If yes then how
this register is indicative of true txpower that is transmiited?
