[UPDATED] [PATCH] wpa_supplicant: D-Bus ctrl interface functionality update #3

This patch adds the following functionality to the dbus control
interface:

- implements ENABLE_NETWORK and DISABLE_NETWORK
- implements state change signals
- fixes bug with invalid D-Bus object path broadcast in the scanResults
signal

This updated patch fixes some documentation errors in the first patch.
