Thanks, I added the examples to README-Windows.txt. I think that this is
a good starting point and there is no particular need for coming up with
further examples. If you happen to find a nice URL that could be more
permanent, that would of course be nice to add, but we'll survive with
MSDN links for the time being.


PS.

I fixed couple of bugs in the implementation and changed Windows builds
to use named pipes. I will make a new snapshot release later today, so
the binaries of the latest version will become available for testing.
