Reconnect after Wiindows Goes to sleeps or Hiberates or user logs off.

If my Windows system times out and goes to "sleep" a wifi connection is lost
and not recovered automatically once the system is back up.

How to auto-reconnect?  the wpa_sup is still running but disconnected.
