A Bug about hostap_compat.h

Hi, I'm now troubled with a bug about hostap_compat.h
when I compile the patched linux kernel, 
it shows

hostap_compat.h:18: warning: static declaration for 'flush_sscheduled_tasks'
follows non-static
hostap_compat.h:23: error: parse error before "do"
hostap_compat.h:23: error: parse error before "struct"

how to deal with it, could you tell me?
