2.6.16 issues with suspend/resume?

Hi,

I maintain parts of OpenZaurus and after we upgraded to a 2.6.16 kernel,
people with prism2 CF wifi cards which require firmware to be loaded
found their cards stopped working over suspend/resume. My own card
(which has firmware onboard) works fine with the same kernel. The output
from dmesg is below. It appears the cards crash whilst suspending and
hence don't work upon resume due to the failed shutdown so it doesn't
appear to directly be a firmware loading problem.

Is this a known issue?

Regards,

Richard
