txpower mesurement register

Hi,
I use hostAP for my prism2/2.5 chipset wlan cards and would like to know how
the CR31 is indicative of the true txpower being transmitted.
How CR 58 register related to txpower setting by issuing command
iwpriv wlan0 writemif 62  <txpower>
