Would be nice if madwifi used a GENIE tag rather than a CUSTOM tag to
push this data.  Then iwlist would be able to tell you exactly what
capabilies the access point had rather than dumping the hex string.
And, since GENIE and CUSTOM can coexist with each other, it shouldn't
break anything.  Maybe I'll do a patch for it.
