hostap_pci and recent kernels

Hello!

Since the problems with hostap_pci on the latest kernels have been
reported, I decided to test them too.

I'm using current netdev kernel from git on a x86_64 system (single
EM64T with hyperthreading enabled).  hostap_pci is not working properly.
It keeps reporting WTERR and INFDROP events once in a few seconds.

I tried the included hostap, the CVS version and 0.3.9 - all of them
exhibit this problem.  I guess the problem is related to the kernel
somehow, but hostap should be doing something wrong too.

The CVS version of orinoco_pci doesn't have this problem.  It would
report INFDROP events if there were some, but it doesn't report any
errors.

The card is a MiniPCI card in a MiniPCI-to-PCI adapter.

Actually, the card is working (I tested scanning and monitor mode), it
just keeps spewing those messages.
