madwifi + hostapd fail

Hi,

I'm trying to get WPA-PSK with TKIP to work on my system. I'm using the 
latest stable version of hostapd, and a relatively recent version of 
madwifi. I'm trying to use a winxp machine to attach to this system. I'm 
not getting data through. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Here is the conf file:
