Gentoo's baselayout-1.11.12-r1 (currently ~ARCH - means unstable but
available) supports this

config_essid=( "192.168.0.2/24" )
routes_essid=( "default via 192.168.0.1" )

dns_domain_essid="whatever.com"
dns_servers_essid=( "192.168.0.1" "192.168.0.20" )
dns_search_domains_essid="domain2.com domain3.net"

config_anotheressid=( "dhcp" )

The only downside is that you need to use Gentoo!
