ndiswrapper + wpa_supplicant + SMC 2802W

The debug log shows that the driver is reporting association but no
EAPOL packets are received from the access point. I would recommend
first asking on ndiswrapper mailing list whether anyone has been able to
use this card (and the NDIS driver you are using) successfully with WPA.
